Arriving at Burgas Airport provides travelers from Germany and Austria with a convenient gateway to the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, offering streamlined access to popular resorts and city centers. By booking a private transfer in advance, you can ensure a stress-free transition from the terminal directly to your accommodation, allowing for a comfortable start to your holiday.
The airport functions as the primary hub for the region, equipped with modern amenities designed to help international travelers settle in before moving on to their final destination. Once you clear the arrivals area, you will find several practical services at your disposal.
The terminal features various duty-free shopping options and local cuisine restaurants where you can grab a bite before your onward journey. For those who need to manage finances, there are currency exchange facilities available within the building. If you have some time before your private ride departs, the airport also provides comfortable lounge access and a viewing terrace where you can observe the flight operations. Planning your arrival effectively, including checking out our comprehensive destination guide, helps eliminate any confusion upon landing.
Securing reliable transport is the most important step in travel planning once your flights are confirmed. While many tourists head straight for the major summer hubs, the proximity of the airport to diverse locations makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the Burgas Province.
If your itinerary takes you into the city of Burgas, you can expect a travel time of 20–25 min from the airport. This city is a highlight for many visitors, featuring the expansive Sea Garden, the renowned Opera House, and unique seasonal attractions like the annual Sand Festival. Bird watching near the Burgas Lakes is another popular pastime for those looking to experience the local environment.
Whether you are staying in the vibrant Sunny Beach, the historic streets of Nessebar, or the tranquil surroundings of Ravda, a direct door-to-door service ensures that you and your luggage reach your hotel without the hassle of navigating local bus schedules or public transport hubs. Di Transfers specializes in these coastal routes, providing a seamless experience for visitors accustomed to the high standards of service found in Germany and Austria.
Opting for a private ride instead of public transit provides a level of comfort and flexibility that is particularly beneficial for families or those traveling with significant luggage. This bespoke approach allows you to travel at your own pace and reach popular spots like St. Vlas or Sozopol with maximum ease.
