Template notice: This page lists technologies used by this Site. Not legal advice.
Di Transfers (“we”) uses cookies (small files stored on your device by your browser) and similar storage where needed to run the website https://ditransfers.com.
If you accept non-essential use in our cookie banner, we may load Google Analytics 4 and related Google tags for measurement and (where applicable) Google advertising features, using Google Consent Mode so defaults respect your choice. See Google’s cookie information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. Our hosting provider Vercel may use privacy-oriented analytics/performance tools as described in their documentation.
If you reject non-essential use, those optional analytics/advertising tags are not enabled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not load Meta Pixel in our application code unless we add it later and update this notice.
For how we use personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
chat_session_id | HttpOnly cookie | Associates your browser with an active support chat session stored in our systems. | Up to 7 days |
chat_client_key | HttpOnly cookie | Cryptographic key used to authenticate chat requests for your session. | Up to 7 days |
These are set when you start or continue a chat on the Site. They are first-party, SameSite=Lax, and in production are marked Secure where applicable.
When our team signs in to the admin area, Supabase authentication may set session cookies required to keep the administrative session. Those cookies are not used for public marketing; they are necessary to protect admin tools.
We store the following entries in the browser’s localStorage. They are not cookies, are first-party, and never leave your browser:
| Key | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
theme | Your theme preference (light, dark, or system). Avoids flashing the wrong theme on first paint. | Until cleared |
ditransfers_cookie_consent_v2 | Your per-category cookie consent decision (analytics, marketing). Required so we can honour your choice across visits. | Until cleared |
If you use the interactive map on the booking flow, your browser loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap infrastructure and may send requests to Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) for reverse geocoding. Those providers receive standard technical data (such as IP address and coordinates) as part of the HTTP request. We do not control their logging; see their privacy policies for details.
The Site may link out to Facebook, WhatsApp, or Google Maps/Reviews. Following those links is subject to those providers’ terms and tracking practices on their sites.
When you use the cookie banner on our site, we store your choice (accept all or reject non-essential) in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again on every visit. This preference applies to optional tools (for example analytics) when we enable them; essential cookies and similar storage needed to operate the service may still be used as described above.
We may update this notice when our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. Last updated: 2018-10-20
