By using the website https://ditransfers.com (“Site”) or submitting a booking request with Di Transfers (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit a booking.
We provide taxi and transfer booking and related communication as described on the Site. A booking request is an offer. We may accept or decline requests based on availability, safety, or other reasonable business reasons. You will be notified of the outcome by email or other contact method you provide.
You agree to provide accurate contact and trip details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Cancellation and change rules may depend on the specific trip and what we confirm with you. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, last-minute cancellations may still incur costs we cannot recover (e.g. allocated vehicle time). We will act reasonably where force majeure or serious disruption applies.
Prices shown on the Site are indicative where stated; final price may be confirmed when we accept the booking or as agreed in writing. Currency and payment method are as communicated during booking or by our team.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections in Bulgaria and the EU where they apply):
Any statutory rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected.
You must not misuse the Site (including the chat), attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to overload our systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute to another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in Bulgaria shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that give you the right to sue in your home country where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
